Which is wild when you add perspective using facts like the police in the US are less disciplined than troops overseas and tbe US still uses substances banned by the Geneva Convention on its civilian population. So if even the US wwon’t test it on their own people, it’s bad.

Whatever we did during the campaign to get kids to stop smoking cigarettes managed to work wonders. Even counting vape, the nicotine users numbers are way down. There are other countries with legal weed who still have more tobacco smokers than us too so I think its more than just the availability of weed, although that clearly helped a lot.

According to studies theres very likely already forever plastics in my balls and my brain. What do I have left to lose but my plastic chains.

The Americans with Disabilities Act is in a similar spot then. Its a good law, but we’ve been to court multiple times to force them to actually use it. Including going all the way up to the supreme court in the Obergefell decision, and more recently seeking conscent decrees because many states still don’t follow many parts of the ADA, a 30 year old law, but continue to not suffer any punitive actions.

I feel you. I have that autism where I tend to jump in convos to correct facts and people take it as the biggest insult and assume it means I think exactly the opposite of everything they say. I’ve found it’s easier for me to just lean into it since it’s going to happen regardless, I may as well be the one dictating the terms.
