How are they intertwined? Telegram allows public posts and livestreaming, neither of which they moderate. That’s nothing to do with encryption and everything to do with pushing the legal boundaries they knew existed.
Anonymity, no. But content privacy yes. Whether Telegram is actually private or can MITM content is another question entirely.
This is to do with content moderation not encryption.
What he won’t support is them raising prices mostly for Nvidia. TSMC has done this in the past as a clear move to cut nuisance production, and nvidia’s books are full of nonsense orders that they can’t possibly fill. Wei isn’t an idiot, unless Nvidia fronts a lot of cash, it’s unlikely to work out in Jensen’s favor.
I told you how to find them so you wouldn’t have to bitch about my cherry picking. I can’t help if you’d rather bury your head in the sand, and it makes no difference to me what you believe.
It’s the Pravda of the VC-centric tech scene and has been for a very very long time.
At least someone else gets it.
I’d suggest they’re just as wrong about programming languages and maths as any other topic.
You can google for cloudflare issues ranging from providing hosting for actual nazi sites to extorting customers by threatening the exact scenario se saw in this blog post. Feel free to google “cloudflare account suspended” to see many posts about people having not just DDoS mitigation disabled, but everything related to an account deleted and disabled. Many of those people had the audacity to, get this, rely on DDoS protection! The nerve, right?
Not just “this case”, there’s been countless cases like this with CF.
Pro tip: Don’t waste your time over there.
Not a huge surprise, they’ve got a long history of doing all kinds of scumbag shit. Nobody should be surprised when the leopard eats their face.
In the US, close to half of the winnings do go to the lottery, plus a portion of each lottery ticket usually goes to fund some government agency. Schools, programs for the impoverished and disenfranchised, etc.
The real question, in my opinion, is if you are willing to spend that much money on a ticket, why aren’t you willing to spend that much money on just outright funding government programs? Imagine if 100% of what someone paid for a ticket went to programs for the disenfranchised? That could make real difference.
British TV is, as a friend said to me once, dire. So it would make sense that it landed better there. I mean, clearly lots of Americans watched it, and I know a few that loved it. I just think less of them. 😁
Any show that needs a laugh track to tell you when it’s trying to be funny isn’t going to be funny. I actually heard a perfect description of why BBT wasn’t good (to me) a couple weeks ago from the Venture Bros creators. BBT was a show created by people outside nerd culture trying to tell nerds what nerd culture is. And IMO it entirely missed the mark.
Big bang theory. It was absolute garbage.
Yeah, the instruction set and the implementation in hardware is absurd at this point.
