We were wrong then, and this is wrong now.
The invitation is not from Republicans alone.
He should have said the right, which many Democrats are, not Republicans. The point stands.
That’s true, but Democrats are the ones speaking out against it, and most Republicans expressed support of Johnson’s invitation.
