Which is the goal - for being gay, queer, trans to be universally accepted everywhere. For the value of gay pride to be equal to the value of pride in the straightness - which is when being LGBTQ+ is so normalized in society, that there is no need to take pride in it. I myself am bi. I would never “wear” a badge saying that. But I understand people that would want to. I also understand people who would want to wear a straight badge. And saying that the only reason to wear one is to be reactionary to gay pride and to “be a counter movement” feels like gatekeeping people away from their sexual identity.
